A confluence of mega-trends is driving a rapid transition in the built environment.

- Digital Economy (Digitization of Building operations via IoT, mobile & cloud tech)

- Decentralization of electric grids

- Decarbonization and the related consumer trends and regulatory regimes around climate change and environmental sustainability

These 3 “D’s” are reinventing the role of the built environment and the human experience, therein. We have gathered a panel of technologists and thought leaders in this space to discuss what technologies and strategies they are implementing today and how these smart buildings and the related real estate trends are impacting owners, operators and technology providers.
